What is our Return Policy?
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your order, eligible items can be returned within 14 days from the items delivery date. To initiate a return, please ensure that all tags are attached, the packaging remains intact, and the product is unused/unworn.
How do I return an item?
To begin the returns process, kindly email us at support@afewvibe.com with your order number and reason for returning. We will get back to you within 48 hours with a Pre-paid Shipping label.
What are the return label and shipping fees?
All shipping fees associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is authorized, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email, and the cost will be deducted from your original payment.
Which products are eligible for a return?
Most of the products purchased online can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that special release items, items marked as final sale are excluded from our return policy. These items will be clearly indicated in the product description.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return items has been delivered. Your funds will be returned back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days depends on the financial institutions.
